Construction and Practice of Assessment System for Hospital Logistics Staff

Objective To understand the situation and problems of assessment for logistics staff in Peking University Third Hospital,and to develop an assessment system suitable for logistics staff.Methods Expert consultation,behavior event interview and analytic hierarchy process(AHP)were used to screen the assessment indexes and to construct assessment system.Results There were 5 primary indexes and 19 secondary indexes selected.The weights of the two kinds of jobs,comprehensive services and running maintenance,were designed respectively.The model and grade rating method were applied to logistics staff assessment to form a complete and scientific assessment system.Conclusion The assessment system for logistics staff in the hospital was scientific and practical,which could help the logistics staff to improve their work level and improve the hospital personnel assessment system.
