摘    要:目的 研究医院后勤员工考核情况及存在问题,制定适用于后勤员工的考核指标体系.方法 采用专家咨询法、关键事件访谈法、AHP层次分析法筛选后勤员工考核指标并构建考核体系.结果 筛选出5项一级指标、19项二级指标,分别对综合服务和运行维修两类工作岗位进行权重设计,将模型和等级评定方法应用到后勤员工考评上,形成一套完整科学的考...

Abstract:Objective To understand the situation and problems of assessment for logistics staff in Peking University Third Hospital,and to develop an assessment system suitable for logistics staff.Methods Expert consultation,behavior event interview and analytic hierarchy process(AHP)were used to screen the assessment indexes and to construct assessment system.Results There were 5 primary indexes and 19 secondary indexes selected.The weights of the two kinds of jobs,comprehensive services and running maintenance,were designed respectively.The model and grade rating method were applied to logistics staff assessment to form a complete and scientific assessment system.Conclusion The assessment system for logistics staff in the hospital was scientific and practical,which could help the logistics staff to improve their work level and improve the hospital personnel assessment system.
