Discussion on Reconstruction and Management of Isolation Wards during COVID-19 Pandemic

During COVID-19 epidemic,the emergency observation ward was transformed into an emergency isolation ward for critically ill suspected patients according to local conditions,with corresponding materials and personnel.Medical staff were reasonably allocated through targeted training for staff in temporarily established isolation wards.We implemented a flexible scheduling system,spend-and-tax management of the amount of protective materials,and strict hospital infection prevention and control measures.Under the state of epidemic prevention and control,we not only did the epidemic prevention and control work well to prevent the epidemic from spreading,but also enabled timely treatment of critically ill suspected patients,and ensured the smooth development of emergency room and general ward work.
