他汀类药物联合曲美他嗪治疗冠状动脉硬化性心脏病稳定型心绞痛的疗效观察

目的观察他汀类药物联合曲美他嗪治疗冠状动脉硬化性心脏病(冠心病)稳定型心绞痛的效果。方法选择2018年3月-2019年3月辽宁省东港市中心医院诊治的冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者172例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各86例。对照组给予曲美他嗪治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予他汀类药物治疗,比较2组患者治疗效果、治疗前后血脂指标总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)]及心绞痛发作情况。结果观察组患者总有效率为95.35%,高于对照组的86.05%(χ²=4.410,P=0.036);治疗后,2组患者TC、TG、LDL-C水平均低于治疗前,HDL-C水平均高于治疗前,心绞痛发作次数均少于治疗前,发作时间均短于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.01);2组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(χ²=0.117,P=0.732)。结论他汀类药物联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛的疗效较好,有助于缓解患者心绞痛症状,调节血脂水平,值得临床推广应用。

Observation of curative effect of statin combined with trimetazidine on coronary heart disease

Objective To observe the effect of statins combined with trimetazidine on stable angina pectoris of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(coronary heart disease).Methods 172 patients with stable angina pectoris diagnosed and treated in Donggang Central Hospital of Liaoning Province from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the research subjects.Using random number table method,They were divided into observation group and control group,each of 86 cases.The control group was treated with trimetazidine,the observation group was given statin treatment on the basis of control group treatment.The treatment effect,blood lipid indextotal cholesterol(TC),triacylglycerol(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)]and angina attacks happening before and after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of patients in the observation group was 95.35%,which was higher than 86.05%in the control group(χ²=4.410,P=0.036).After treatment,the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in the two groups were lower than before treatment,HDL-C level was higher than before treatment,the frequency angina attacks was less than before treatment,the attack time was shorter than before treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(χ²=0.117,P=0.732).Conclusion Statins combined with trimetazidine has a good effect on the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,which can help relieve the symptoms of angina pectoris and reduce the level of blood lipids.It is worthy of clinical application.
