沙库巴曲缬沙坦联合美托洛尔治疗老年冠心病合并慢性心力衰竭患者的临床效果

目的探讨沙库巴曲缬沙坦联合美托洛尔治疗老年冠心病合并慢性心力衰竭患者的临床效果。方法将我院收治的108例老年冠心病合并慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为对照组和试验组各54例。对照组采用美托洛尔治疗,试验组采用沙库巴曲缬沙坦联合美托洛尔治疗。比较两组患者的心功能、血管内皮功能及临床疗效。结果试验组舒张早期最大充盈速度(E)、左心室射血分数(EF)、 E/A、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)、一氧化氮(NO)均显著高于对照组,舒张晚期最大充盈速度(A)、血浆内皮素(ET)均显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。试验组治疗总有效率为92.59%,明显高于对照组的74.07%(P <0.05)。结论沙库巴曲缬沙坦联合美托洛尔治疗老年冠心病合并慢性心力衰竭患者的临床效果更好,可有效提高患者心功能,改善血管内皮功能。

Clinical Effect of Sacubitril Valsartan Combined with Metoprolol in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease Complicated with Chronic Heart Failure

Objective To explore the effect of sacubitril valsartan combined with metoprolol in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with chronic heart failure.Methods 108 elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with chronic heart failure admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 54 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metoprolol,and the experimental group was treated with sacubitril valsartan combined with metoprolol.The cardiac function,vascular endothelial function and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results The maximum early diastolic filling velocity(E),left ventricular ejection fraction(EF),E/A,calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP)and nitric oxide(NO)of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the maximum late diastolic filling velocity(A)and plasma endothelin(ET)were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 92.59%,significantly higher than 74.07%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Sacubitril valsartan combined with metoprolol in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with chronic heart failure has better clinical effect,which can effectively improve the cardiac function of patients,and improve the vascular endothelial function.
