| 摘 要： | 上门医疗服务质量评估工具是用来评估上门医疗服务质量的指标体系。统一、规范的上门医疗服务质量指标不仅可以帮助判断上门医疗服务质量的优劣,更重要的是可以帮助鉴别医疗服务过程中存在的差距和问题,从而有的放矢地加以改进,促进医疗服务质量的不断提高。文章通过介绍国际上已有的一些应用于上门医疗服务的成熟评估工具以及国内上门医疗服务质量评估工具的研究进展,探索我国上门医疗服务质量评估工具的开发。

| Abstract: | A quality assessment tool for home care is an indicator system used to evaluate the quality of home care service.The unified and standardized quality indicators for home care can not only help to judge the quality of home care service,but more importantly,it can help identify the gaps and problems in the process,so as to improve the quality of home care service.This article summarizes some of the advanced assessment tools that have been internationally applied for the home health care and to discuss the direction for development of the assessment tools in China. |
