Analysis on Influence of Hepatitis B Virus Infection on Pregnancy Outcomes and Fetal Complications

Objective To analyze the influence of hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection on pregnancy outcomes and fetal complications.Methods 100 puerperas with HBV infection admitted to our hospital from September 2016 to September 2019 were selected as study group,and 100 puerperas with negative HBV during the same period were selected as control group.The liver function indicators of the two groups were counted,and the incidences of pregnancy complications and fetal complications were compared between the two groups.According to the results of HBV DNA examination,the study group was divided into high HBV DNA group and low HBV DNA group,and the pregnancy complications and fetal complications were compared between the two groups.Results The albumin level of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the total bilirubin,ALT and AST levels were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidences of pregnancy complications and fetal complications in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidences of pregnancy complications and fetal complications in the high HBV DNA group were significantly higher than those in the low HBV DNA group(P<0.05).Conclusions Puerperas with HBV infection have higher incidence of maternal and infant complications than normal puerperas,and newborns also have higher risk of HBV infection.Intervention measures should be strengthened to block the mother-to-child vertical transmission and improve the pregnancy outcomes.
