新冠肺炎疫情期间某三甲医院人员管理及对策研究

摘    要:新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间,医院内部人员管理是做好院内疫情防控的重要环节.医院通过成立专项工作组,制定人力资源调配方案,建立员工健康监测体系,全面跟踪员工健康状况并建立反馈机制.统筹协调各部门,了解医院员工在岗情况,严防因工作聚集造成的院内感染,实现了人力资源高效、合理配置,对新型冠状病毒肺炎防控起到了积极作用.

Abstract:During the COVID-19 epidemic,the management of hospital staff is an important part of preventing and controlling the epidemic in the hospital.A special working team was established in the hospital to develop the human resource allocation plan and to establish an staff health monitoring system tracking the health condition of staff and setting up feedback mechanism.The team coordinated all the departments,collected the information of the onthe-job situation of hospital staff,strictly prevented nosocomial infections caused by work gathering,realizing efficient and reasonable allocation of human resources,and playing a positive role in the prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic.
