喘可治注射液联合沙美特罗替卡松治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的临床效果

目的观察喘可治注射液联合沙美特罗替卡松用于慢性阻塞性肺疾病老年患者的治疗效果。方法选取2017年12月-2018年11月于武安市第一人民医院接受治疗的慢性阻塞性肺疾病老年患者104例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组52例。2组均予常规治疗,在此基础上对照组予沙美特罗替卡松吸入粉雾剂治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合喘可治注射液治疗。治疗2周后比较2组患者治疗效果及T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3⁺、CD4⁺、CD8⁺、CD4⁺/CD8⁺)水平。结果治疗2周后,观察组总有效率为92.31%,较对照组的71.15%高(χ²=7.792,P=0.005);2组患者CD3⁺、CD4⁺、CD4⁺/CD8⁺水平均高于治疗前,CD8⁺水平低于治疗前,且观察组较对照组各项T淋巴细胞亚群水平变化幅度更大(P均<0.01)。结论喘可治注射液联合沙美特罗替卡松用于慢性阻塞性肺疾病老年患者的治疗效果显著,可提高患者免疫力,改善其临床症状,值得临床推广应用。

Therapeutic effect of Chuankezhi injection combined with salmeterol fluticasone in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Chuankezhi injection combined with salmeterol fluticasone in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods One hundred and four elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)who were treated in Wu'an first people's Hospital from December 2017 to November 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,52 cases in each group.The two groups were given conventional treatment.On this basis,the control group was treated with salmeterol fluticasone inhalation powder spray,and the observation group was treated with Chuankezhi Injection on the basis of the control group.After 2 weeks of treatment,the therapeutic effect and the levels of T lymphocyte subsets(CD3⁺,CD4⁺,CD8⁺,CD4⁺/CD8⁺)were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 92.31%,which was higher than 71.15%of the control group(χ²=7.792,P=0.005);The levels of CD3⁺,CD4⁺,CD4⁺/CD8⁺in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the level of CD8⁺was lower than that before treatment,and the changes of T lymphocyte subsets in the observation group were greater than those in the control group(all P<0.01).Conclusion Chuankezhi injection combined with salmeterol fluticasone in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease has a significant effect,can improve the patient's immunity,improve its clinical symptoms,worthy of clinical application.
