护理质量控制路径对消毒供应中心器械清洗达标率及感染发生率的影响

目的探讨护理质量控制路径对消毒供应中心器械清洗达标率及感染发生率的影响。方法将2018年1月至2019年1月我院消毒供应中心接受常规管理控制的265件医疗器械作为对照组,将2019年2月至2020年2月我院消毒供应中心接受护理质量控制路径的265件医疗器械作为观察组。对比两组的器械清洗达标率、感染发生率及质量控制效果。结果观察组器械清洗达标率高于对照组,感染总发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。实施后,观察组清洗质量、环境管理、器械拆装、包装质量、消毒灭菌质量评分均高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论针对消毒供应中心实施护理质量控制路径,能够有效提高器械清洗质量,预防感染发生。

Influence of Nursing Quality Control Pathw ay on the Qualified Rate of Equipment Cleaning and the Infection Rate in Disinfection Supply Center

Objective To explore the influence of nursing quality control pathway on the qualified rate of equipment cleaning and the infection rate in disinfection supply center.Methods 265 medical devices with routine management control in our disinfection supply center from January 2018 to January 2019 were set as control group,and 265 medical devices with nursing quality control pathway management in our disinfection supply center from February 2019 to February 2020 were set as observation group.The qualified rate,infection rate and quality control effect were compared between the two groups.Results The qualified rate of equipment cleaning in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the total infection rate was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After implementation,the scores of cleaning quality,environmental management,device disassembly,packaging quality,and disinfection and sterilization quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Nursing quality control pathway for disinfection supply center can effectively improve the quality of equipment cleaning and prevent the infection.
