腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗胆囊结石合并胆总管结石的临床价值分析

目的探讨腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗胆囊结石合并胆总管结石的临床价值。方法选取我院收治的胆囊结石合并胆总管结石的患者80例,随机分为观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=40)。观察组采用腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗,对照组采用传统开腹手术治疗。比较两组患者的术中出血量、手术时间、术后肛门排气时间、住院时间和术后并发症发生率。结果观察组的术中出血量显著少于对照组,手术时间、术后肛门排气时间、住院时间显著短于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组的术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗胆囊结石合并胆总管结石的疗效显著,对患者的创伤小,患者术后恢复快,并发症发生率低,值得推广应用。

Analysis of Clinical Value of Laparoscopy Combined with Choledochoscopy in the Treatment of Cholecystolithiasis Complicated with Choledocholithiasis

Objective To explore the clinical value of laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy in the treatment of cholecystolithiasis complicated with choledocholithiasis.Methods 80 patients with cholecystolithiasis complicated with choledocholithiasis admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40).The observation group was treated with laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy,while the control group was treated with traditional open surgery.The intraoperative blood loss,operation time,postoperative anal exhaust time,hospitalization time and incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss of the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group,and the operation time,postoperative anal exhaust time and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy in the treatment of cholecystolithiasis complicated with choledocholithiasis has significant efficacy,small trauma,quick postoperative recovery and low incidence of complications,which is worthy of promotion and application.
