枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的疗效与安全性

目的观察枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的疗效与安全性。方法选取2018年1月-2019年12月连州市妇幼保健计划生育服务中心收治的小儿腹泻患儿518例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各259例。在常规治疗基础上,对照组予蒙脱石散治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联用枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒治疗。比较2组患儿治疗效果与不良反应发生情况,临床症状(腹痛、呕吐、发热)、大便相关指标(便常规、排便次数及粪便性状)恢复正常时间。结果治疗3~5 d,观察组总有效率为96.14%,高于对照组的72.97%(χ²=53.219,P=0.000);2组患儿均未出现不良反应;观察组患儿临床症状缓解与大便相关指标恢复正常所用时间均短于对照组(P<0.01)。结论枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的效果良好,可有效缩短临床症状缓解与大便相关指标恢复正常所用时间,且安全性较高,值得儿科临床推广应用。

Efficacy and safety of Bacillus subtilis combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of infantile diarrhea

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Bacillus subtilis combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of infantile diarrhea.Methods Five hundred and eighteen children with infantile diarrhea admitted to Lianzhou maternal and child health and family planning service center from January 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,259 cases in each group.On the basis of conventional treatment,the control group was treated with montmorillonite powder,and the observation group was treated with Bacillus subtilis combined with live bacteria granules on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,adverse reactions,clinical symptoms(abdominal pain,vomiting,fever)relief time,stool related indicators(stool routine,stool frequency and stool characteristics)were compared between the two groups.Results After 3~5 days of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.14%,which was higher than 72.97%of the control group(χ²=53.219,P=0.000);There were no adverse reactions in both groups;The time taken for clinical symptoms relief and stool related indexes to return to normal in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The effect of Bacillus subtilis combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of infantile diarrhea is good.It can effectively shorten the time for clinical symptoms relief and stool related indicators to return to normal,and has high safety.It is worthy of clinical application in pediatrics.
