The clinical application value of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of cervical cancer based on different stages and different invasions

Objective To observe the ability of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of cervical cancer to detect patients with different stages and different invasions.Methods One hundred patients with cervical cancer admitted from May 2018 to January 2020 in our hospital were selected.All of these 100 patients underwent MRI examination after CT examination.According to the results of surgical and pathological examination,the different invasion and infiltration of the two examination methods and the different stages of check out the situation were counted and compared with each other.Results The detection rate of MRI examination in the examinations of stageⅠA,ⅠB,andⅡA patients was significantly higher than that of CT,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).For the examination of different invasion and invasion,the detection rate of vaginal invasion,lymph node metastasis,and the detection rates of qualitative invasion and uterine invasion were significantly higher than those of CT(P<0.05),while the detection rate of parauterine invasion between groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion MRI is more effective than CT in the diagnosis of cervical cancer.It has a higher detection rate in patients with different stages and different invasion and invasion conditions,and has higher clinical application value.
