Analysis on the Occurrence and Influencing Factors of Postpartum Hemorrhage in Elderly Puerperas with Placenta Previa

Objective To analyze the occurrence and influencing factors of postpartum hemorrhage in elderly puerperas with placenta previa.Methods The clinical data of 98 elderly puerperas with placenta previa admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to June 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage was counted.The influencing factors of postpartum hemorrhage in elderly puerperas with placenta previa were analyzed by univariate and multivariate analysis.Results Among 98 elderly puerperas with placenta previa,15 cases had postpartum hemorrhage,accounting for 15.31%.The univariate analysis results showed that postpartum hemorrhage in elderly puerperas with placenta previa was not affected by delivery times and pregnancy times(P>0.05),but might be affected by placenta accreta,placental adhesions,pregnancy complications and placenta previa types(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the placenta accreta,placental adhesions,pregnancy complications and central placenta previa were the risk factors for postpartum hemorrhage in elderly puerperas with placenta previa(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusions Placenta accreta,placental adhesions,pregnancy complications and central placenta previa are the risk factors for postpartum hemorrhage in elderly puerperas with placenta previa.Therefore,the above risk factors should be paid close attention to clinically,and reasonable intervention should be taken to reduce the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage.
