省级三甲肿瘤医院构建肿瘤防控体系浅谈

目的:探索省级三甲肿瘤医院肿瘤防控体系的构建方法,旨在预防肿瘤和提高肿瘤规范化诊疗水平,更好地服务于人民。方法:通过电话访谈、查阅资料、学术交流等方法了解省级三甲肿瘤医院肿瘤防控现状。结果:省级三甲肿瘤医院通过筹建国家区域肿瘤医疗中心、成立省级癌症中心、加强科研教学能力及促进科研成果转化、提升疑难病症诊治能力及打造肿瘤精准医疗临床医学研究中心、成立早癌筛查基地等措施,构建肿瘤防控体系。结论:省级三甲肿瘤医院应该在促进医疗服务的均等化、临床医学研究的特质化、医疗技术的同质化、医院建设的现代化、区域性学术活动常态化等方面下功夫,持续推进临床、科研、管理等方面的同步发展,构建高水平的肿瘤防控体系。

Discussion on the construction of cancer prevention and control system in provincial top three cancer hospitals

Objective:To explore the construction of cancer prevention and control system in provincial top three grade a cancer hospital,aiming at preventing tumor and improving the standardized diagnosis and treatment level of tumor,so as to better serve the people.Methods:The current situation of cancer prevention and control in provincial top three grade a cancer hospital was investigated by telephone interview,data access and academic exchange.Results:The provincial top three cancer hospital established a cancer prevention and control system by preparing to build a national regional cancer medical center,establishing a provincial cancer center,strengthening scientific research and teaching ability and promoting the transformation of scientific research achievements,improving the ability of diagnosis and treatment of difficult and difficult diseases,building a clinical medical research center of precision medicine for cancer,and establishing an early cancer screening base.Conclusion:Through the investigation and research,the provincial top three cancer hospitals should make efforts to promote the equalization of medical services,the characteristics of clinical medical research,the homogenization of medical technology,the modernization of hospital construction,and the normalization of regional academic activities,so as to continuously promote the synchronous development of clinical,scientific research and management,and build a high-level cancer prevention and control system.
