Influence of Chuankezhi Injection Combined with Tiotropium Bromide on Lung Function and Inflammatory Factor Levels in Patients with Stable COPD

Objective To explore the influence of Chuankezhi injection combined with tiotropium bromide on lung function and inflammatory factor levels in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods 98 patients with stable COPD admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to April 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with tiotropium bromide,and the observation group was treated with Chuankezhi injection on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 3 months continuously.The lung function,inflammatory factor levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the FEV1,FVC and PEF levels in the two groups increased,and the FEV1,FVC and PEF levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the IL-8 and TNF-αlevels in the two groups decreased,and the IL-8 and TNF-αlevels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Chuankezhi injection combined with tiotropium bromide in the treatment of patients with stable COPD has significant effect,which can effectively improve the lung function,and relieve the inflammatory reaction,with higher safety.
