Abstract: | We present the case of an 11-year-old boy diagnosed with an Effmann Type II A1 urethral duplication after routine circumcision for balanitis xerotica obliterans (BXO). We discuss the pathophysiology, investigation and management both of BXO and urethral duplication. |
