| 摘 要： | 盘状半月板是半月板的异常发育引起的半月板畸形,容易引起周缘不稳。MRI检查作为一种无创的影像学检查方法,敏感性及特异性较高,可以发现盘状半月板周缘不稳的征象,本文重点综述了盘状半月板周缘稳定性的MRI征象及这些征象是如何引发的周缘不稳。

| Abstract: | Discoid meniscus belongs to congenital variant that is prone to peripheral rim instability(PRI).As a non-invasive imaging method,MRI examination has high sensitivity and specificity,and can find signs of PRI of the discoid meniscus.This paper focuses on the MRI signs of the PRI of the discoid meniscus and how these signs trigger the instability of the periphery. |
