Influence of Health Education Based on Transtheoretical Model on Body Mass Control and Delivery Outcomes of Pregnant Women

Objective To explore the influence of health education based on transtheoretical model on body mass control and delivery outcomes of pregnant women.Methods 1000 pregnant women with prenatal examination and delivery in our hospital from January 2019 to April 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups equally.The control group received routine prenatal health education,and the observation group received health education based on transtheoretical model.The self-management ability,body mass control effect and delivery outcomes were compared between two groups.Results After intervention,the self-management behavior scale scores of two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the self-management behavior scale score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The ideal rate of body mass control in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Health education based on transtheoretical model can effectively improve the self-management ability and the ideal rate of body mass control during pregnancy,and improve the delivery outcomes of pregnant women.
