Nursing intervention in transcatheter aortic valve replacement

Objective To summarize the key points of intraoperative nursing intervention in 23 cases of aortic valve replacement(TAVR),shorten the surgical learning curve,and provide reference for nursing cooperation in the future.Methods Before operation,besides targeted nursing interventions,preoperative patient visits preparation of equipment and items,and psychological care,nursing cooperation plans were formulated according to TAVR different surgical pathways.During the operation,the patients’vital signs were strictly observed.Results After close cooperation with medical staff,the operation went smoothly,and 23 patients recovered and were discharged.During one month and 3 months of follow-up after discharge,and the cardiac function was grade I or II.Valve opening and closing well,no obvious reflux,no leakage around the valve.Conclusion Intraoperative nursing intervention creates favorable conditions for the smooth operation during the process of TAVR operation and helps reduce the occurrence of complications.
