Influence of Omni-Directional Nursing Intervention on Coping Style and Self-Care Ability of Patients with Myocardial Infarction

Objective To explore the influence of omni-directional nursing intervention on coping style and self-care ability of patients with myocardial infarction.Methods 80 patients with myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected and divided into control group(n=38)and observation group(n=42)according to different nursing intervention methods.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received omni-directional nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The Medical Coping Mode Questionnaire(MCMQ)and Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale(ESCA)scores before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the avoidance and yielding scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the face scores were higher than those before the intervention(P<0.05);The avoidance,yielding and face scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the ESCA scores of the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the ESCA score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Omni-directional nursing intervention can effectively improve the coping style and self-care ability of patients with myocardial infarction.
