Thoughts and Countermeasures of Construction of Urban and County Medical Service Communities

The construction of medical communities is one of the most important contents of medical reform and also an important approach to realize hierarchical medical system.This paper analyzed the current problems in the construction of the urban and country medical communities,and put forward suggestions and countermeasures in order to break down the obstacles,build high-level,high-quality and efficient medical communities,and further promote medical reform.
