加强护士健康教育能力培养 提高健康教育效果

目的通过加强对护士自身健康教育能力的培养,探讨对提高健康教育效果的影响.方法制定培训目标、计划,确立培训项目及方法,并进行实施观察.结果护士健康教育能力的增强,提高了健康教育效果,使医院健康教育覆盖率达100%,健康教育落实率达90%以上,病人对健康教育的满意度达95%以上.结论对护士健康教育能力的培养,要实施目标管理,按计划进行,内容包括强化理论学习,加强思想素质教育,熟悉健康教育标准,掌握健康教育程序,提高沟通能力.

Improve the effect of health education by strengthen the training of nurses ability of health education

Objective: Explore the influence of training on the effect of health education. Methods: Formulate the training target and plan, establish the training items and methods, then carry it out under observation. Results :The effect of health education was improved due to the increased ability of nurses of health education. The cover rate of education achieved 100%, carrying out achieved over 90% and satisfactory rate achieved over 95% from the patients. Conclusions: Objective administration of nurse training on health education should be implemented according the plan. Training contents involved: enhancing theory study, quality education for mentality, familiarizing with the standard and procedure of health education, and the communication skill.
