| 摘 要： | 818例鼻咽癌根治性放疗患者的5年、10年以及10年以上生存率分别为43％(302/703),25.8％(109/423)和24.3％(85/350),且随临床分期的增加而下降。5年生存率与名义标准剂量呈直线正相关(r=0.79,P<0.01;(?)=0.00038 X-0.25)。97例复发癌再次放疗后平均寿命为4年。255例死者的死因以局部复发居首,远处转移次之。

| Abstract: | The 5, 10 or more than 10 years survival rate of 818 cases cured radically by radiation was 43%(302 703), 25.8％(109/423) and 24.3%(85/350) respectively. The survival rates were decresed with increasing stages. The results of nominal standard dose (NSD) (1400～2100 ret) were positively correlated with the 5-year survival rates (r=0.79. P<0.01). The linear regressive equation: Y=0.00038X-0.25. The average time was four year for 97 cases with recurrent cancers. The causes of death for 255 cases were analysed. The first cause of death was local recurrence and then distant metastases. |
