内美通对卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿手术治疗效果的影响

目的探讨腹腔镜手术与内美通联合治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的临床效果。方法回顾性分析近3年来我院44例腹腔镜下卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿术后的治疗效果。单纯腹腔镜手术组21例；联合治疗组23例，术后口服内美通2．5mg，每周2次连续3～6个月。所有患者随访12个月。结果联合治疗组有效率60．9％，单纯手术组有效率42．9％，联合治疗的疗效明显高于单纯手术组（P〈0．05）。结论腹腔镜术后联合药物治疗优于单纯腹腔镜手术治疗，且复发率低，是临床治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的有效方法。

Therapeutic effect of nemestran combined with laparoscopic operation for ovarian endometriosis cyst

[Objective] To investigate clinical effects of nemestran in combination with laparoscopic operation in the treatment of ovarian endometriosis cyst.
