复方甘草酸苷治疗药物性肝病的疗效观察

目的:观察复方甘草酸苷治疗药物性肝病的疗效。方法:60例药物性肝病患者随机均分为治疗组与对照组。在使用维生素、氨基酸等药物常规治疗的基础上,治疗组将复方甘草酸苷注射液60mL溶于5％葡萄糖注射液250mL中静脉滴注,1次·d-1,疗程4wk;对照组将还原型谷胱甘肽1 200mg溶于5％葡萄糖注射液250mL中静脉滴注,1次·d-1,疗程4wk。结果:治疗组与对照组的总有效率分别为96．7％、93．3％(P<0．05);治疗组有2例出现轻度头痛,对照组有1例出现轻度头晕,均经对症治疗后好转,无需减量或停药。结论:复方甘草酸苷治疗药物性肝病的疗效与还原型谷胱甘肽相当。

Clinical Effects of Stronger Neo- Minophagen C(SNMC) on Drug- induced Liver Disease

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Stronger Neo- Minophagen C(SNMC) on drug- induced liver disease.METHODS: 60 cases of drug-induced liver disease were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,30 cases in each.The study group was intravenously injected with SNMC 60mL dissolved in 5% glucose 250mL,once per day .The control group was intravenously injected with reduced glutathione 1 200mg dissolved in 5% Glucose 250mL once per day.The treatment course for both groups was four weeks.RESULTS: The overall efficacy rates of the study group and the control group were 96.7% and 93.3% respectively(P<0.05) .There were 2 cases of slight headache in the study group and 1 case of slight dizziness in the control group,which were all relieved after application of symptomatic treatment without reducing dosage or discontinuing administration. CONCLUSION: The therapeutic effect of SNMC on drug - introduced liver disease is equivalent with that of reduced glutathione.SNMC can be used on drug- induced liver disease.
