中西医结合治疗慢性乙型肝炎86例

[目的]观察中西医结合治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。[方法]将158例慢性乙型肝炎,随机分为治疗组86例,对照组72例。同时给予西医保肝对症治疗,治疗组加服中药治疗。两组均以6个月为一疗程,疗程结束后观察疗效。[结果]治疗组总有效率为94.2%与对照组总有效率为65.3%比较,有高度显著性差异(P<0.01)。[结论]中西医结合治疗治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效明显。

Combine Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treated 86 Patients with Chronic Hepatitis B

[ Objective ] combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of chronic hepatitis B patients. [ Method] 158 cases of chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into treatment group of 86 patients in the control group 72 cases. Western liver protection while giving the symptomatic treatment, the treatment group taking the Chinese medicine treatment. Two groups of patients are 6 months to a course of treatment, after treatment effects were observed. [Results] The total effective rate was 94.2% and the control group, the total effective rate was 65.3% compared with highly significant differences （P 〈0.01 ）.
