Hemorheology is a newly arisen edge academics,studying blood flows at the different physiology,pathology and the mechanics appearance,the concretion,deformability of the blood cell,aggregation and viscosity and the correlation of them,the function between the blood and the vascular wall and the material foundations of these changes.The hemorheology changes during perioperative period have much close relationship with complica-tions during the period,its importance has got generally accepted to the medical treatment field.The aim of this review is to discribe the numerous factors that influence the hemorheology change during the perioperative period.
