某军队院校首批527名预选卫生士官学员生活满意度调查

目的调查某军队院校首批预选卫生士官学员生活满意度,为推进和保障预选士官教育提供流行病学调查数据的支持。方法采用现场调查,应用＂多维学生生活满意度量表（MSLSS）＂对某军校首批预选卫生士官学员进行横断面抽样的流行病学调查研究。结果①全军首批预选卫生士官学员生活满意度总分及各维度得分较高,但生活环境满意度较低;②男学兵的学校、生活环境、自我和总体满意度显著高于女生（P〈0.01）;③高年龄段（即23～26岁）的学兵的自我满意度较高（P〈0.01）;④低学历的学兵生活满意度总分及各维度得分均偏低（P〈0.01）;⑤刚入伍的一年兵对家庭、战友、学校、生活环境、自我和总体的满意度显著低于二年兵和士官（P〈0.01）。结论预选卫生士官学员生活满意度的调查分析,将为制定减轻预选卫生士官学员心理压力和提高其生活满意度程度的系统方案提供科学依据。

Life Satisfaction of the First Batch of Pre-selected Medical Non-commissioned Officer Trainees: an Investigation and Analysis of 527 Cases in One Military College

Objective To investigate life satisfaction of the first batch of pre-selected medical noncommissioned officer trainees in one military college,so as to support the epidemiological survey data for promoting its education.Methods 527 participants were investigated by a cross-sectional field investigation with a questionnaire based on Standard of ＂Multidimensional Students Life Satisfaction Scale＂（MSLSS）.Results ①All the scores of life satisfaction of the trainees are high,except the living environment satisfaction;②Male trainees＇ school,living environment,self and overall satisfaction significantly higher than female trainees＇（P0.01）;③Self-satisfaction of the high age trainees（23 to 26 years old） was higher than others（P0.01）;④All the life satisfaction of low-educated trainees＇ scores are low than others（P0.01）;⑤The a-year-old military-age trainees＇ family,comrades,school,living environment,self and overall satisfaction significantly lower than the older trainees＇（P0.01）.Conclusion The investigation and analysis will provide scientific evidences for the formulation to alleviate the trainees＇psychological pressure and improve their life satisfaction degree.
