| 摘 要： | 长期以来一直认为小儿支气管炎哮喘与变应性鼻炎是有很大的相关性。通过流行病学、临床症状及解剖学研究证明,上、下呼吸道之间确实存在相互联系。而且,两者具有相似的免疫学机制。因此治疗方法上也是息息相关的。在此通过对小儿哮喘与变应性鼻炎的相关性研究进行综述,以供临床诊断、治疗等参考和借鉴。

| Abstract: | It has been long recognized that there is close correlation between bronchial asthma and allergic rhinitis in children.The epidemiological,clinical symptoms and anatomical studies have demonstrated the correlation between asthma and allergic rhinitis,the two of which have similar immunological mechanisms,therefore have closely related treatments.Here is to make a review on the studies of correlation between asthma and allergic rhinitis to provide references for the clinical diagnosis and treatment. |
