骨桥蛋白与结直肠癌的相关性研究进展

骨桥蛋白(OPN)是一种分泌型磷酸化糖蛋白,与其主要受体整合素和CD44相互作用,参与细胞信号转导,并在肿瘤细胞的黏附、浸润、迁移及新生血管形成过程中起关键作用。组织和血液中的OPN表达量也是肿瘤诊断和预后的指标。近年来,很多研究发现OPN在乳腺癌和卵巢癌的复发和转移过程中发挥重要作用,作为一个很好的肿瘤转移标志物,OPN是诊断与治疗肿瘤的新靶点。在此结合OPN的一般生物学特点,就近年来OPN与结直肠癌的诊断、预后、转移和治疗的相关性研究展开综述。

Research Advance of Osteopontin and Its Correlation with Colorectal Cancer

Osteopontin(OPN)is a secreted phosphorylated glycoprotein which interacts with integrins and CD44 as primary receptors,participates in cell signal transduction,plays critical roles in tumor cell adhesion,invasion,migration,and angiogenesis.An elevated level of OPN expression in the tissues and blood has significant impact on tumor diagnosis and prognosis.Recent studies have revealed that OPN plays an important role in the recurrence and metastasis of breast cancer and ovarial cancer.OPN is likely to be a novel target for tumor molecular diagnosis and treatment.Here is to make a review focusing on the related research of correlation between OPN and colorectal cancer diagnosis,prognosis,metastasis and treatment.
