高血压病患者左室构型与心室晚电位的关系

目的　了解高血压病患者左室构型与心室晚电位 (VLP)之间的关系。方法　应用超声心动图及信号平均心电图 ,测定 110例高血压病患者的左室构型和心室晚电位阳性率。结果　检出VLP阳性 19例( 17 3 % ) ,高血压伴左室肥大 (LVH)者VLP阳性检出率 3 0 2 % ,显著高于无LVH者 5 3 % (P <0 0 0 1)。其中 2 3例离心性左室肥厚者VLP阳性 8例 ( 3 4 8% ) ,3 0例向心性肥厚者VLP阳性 8例 ( 2 6 7% ) ,12例向心性心室重构者VLP阳性 2例 ( 16 7% ) ,正常构型者VLP阳性 1例 ( 2 2 % )。结论　左室构型与VLP关系密切

Relation between the left ventricular pattern and ventricular late potential in hypertensive patients

Objective To survey the relation between the left ventricular pattern and ventricular late potential (VLP) in hypertensive patients.Methods 110 patients with hypertension were studied by Doppler echocardiography and KOW-1801 instrument.Results The positive incedence of VLP was 17.3% in 110 hypertensive patients and 30.2% in patients with left ventricular hypertrophy ( P <0 001). The incedence of VLP was 34.8% in 23 patients with eccentric hypertrophy, 26.7% in 30 patients with concentric hypertrophy, 16.7% in 12 patients with concentric remodeling and 2.2% in 45 patients with normal pattern. Conclusion The left ventricular pattern is obviously correlated to ventricular late potential.
