| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨西比灵对儿童偏头痛的临床治疗效果。方法 将60例临床确诊的儿童偏头痛病人随机分组，一组给予西比灵，另一组给予去痛片，观察治疗前后患儿头痛发作的频率，程度和持续时间。结果 西比灵治疗组有效率为90．0％，对照组有效率为53．3％，两组有效率比较差异有显著意义（P＜0．01）。结论 西比灵能有效控制儿童偏头痛的发作，且副作用少。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of siberline on controlling the symptoms of migraine in children.Methods Sixty children patients with migraine were randomly divided into two groups.One group was treated with siberline,the other with qutongpian(a kind of painkiller).The frequeuce of migraine,seriousness and duration were investigated.Results The effective rate in siberline group is 90%,significantly higher than that in Qutongpian group(53.3%)(P<0.01).Conclusion Siberline can effectively control the symptoms of migraine in children. |
