| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中药两头尖提取物抗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的临床疗效。方法选取67例慢性乙肝肝纤维化患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组。对照组33例在护肝治疗基础上,单用甘草酸二铵胶囊,疗程12周。治疗组34例在对照组基础上加服两头尖提取物,疗程12周。分别于治疗前后观察两组患者的症状体征,肝脏组织病理,测定肝功能及血清肝纤维化指标4项:透明质酸(HA)、层粘连蛋白(LN)、Ⅲ型前胶原(PC-Ⅲ)、Ⅳ型胶原(Ⅳ-C)。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为82.35%、69.70%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05);与治疗前比较,治疗组患者治疗后肝脏组织病理、肝功能、肝纤维化指标均有明显改善(P0.05)。结论两头尖提取物具有改善肝功能,抗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的良好作用。 |
