皮肤坏死剥脱性重症皮肤病患者的外科治疗探讨

目的提高皮肤坏死剥脱性重症皮肤病患者的治疗护理水平。方法总结19例自身免疫性疱病和剥脱性皮炎患者外科治疗及护理的疗效。结果19例患者经施行糖皮质激素联合外科治疗护理,皮损10d～35d(平均17d)得到控制出院。在门诊随访最短5个月,最长2年。3例患者仍在泼尼松维持量用药治疗。出院后均无复发。结论皮肤坏死剥脱性重症皮肤病患者采用糖皮质激素联合外科治疗方法治疗加之有效护理,能使病情得到尽快控制,减少激素使用时间及剂量。

The study of surgical therapy for severe skin disease patients with Cutaneous necrosis and exfoliate

Objective To improve the level of treating and nursing patients with severe skin disease with cutis necrotize and exfoliate. Methods To review curative effect of the surgical treatments and nursing about 19 patients with severe autoimmune bullous Skin disease and exfoliative dermatosis. Results All patients were discharged from hospital when their skin lesions were administered with glucocorticoid combined with the surgical therapeutics and nursing. The hospital stay was 10-35 days(average 17days). All patients were followed up 5 months at least and to 24 months. 3 patients still received maintenance dose of prednisone and no patient relapsed. Conclusion Glucocorticoid combined with surgical therapeutics and effective nursing can expeditiously controll the state of severe skin disease with cutis necrotize and exfoliate . It is a effective approach to decrease the period and the dosage of bestowing glucocorticoid.
