女性尿道综合征尿流动力学检查的意义

目的探讨尿流动力学检查在女性尿道综合征诊治中的作用。方法采用美国Laborie尿流动力学检查仪对23例女性尿道综合征患者进行尿流动力学检查，并根据检查结果进行分型及相关治疗。结果不稳定性膀胱7例（30．43％），远端尿道缩窄14例（60．87％），逼尿肌无力4例（17．39％），膀胱颈梗阻2例（8．70％），低顺应性膀胱2例（8．07％），逼尿肌尿道括约肌协同失调1例（4．35％），其中不稳定性膀胱并发远端尿道缩窄5例（21．74％），不稳定性膀胱并发逼尿肌无力2例（8．70％）。23例患者治愈15例（65．22％），好转7例（30．43％），无效1例（4．35％），总有效率为95．65％。结论女性尿道综合征可由多种类型的膀胱尿道功能异常引起，如果要明确诊断，对症治疗，应常规作尿流动力学检查。

The significance of urodynamic examination in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with the urethral syndrome

Objective To investigate the value of urodynamic examination in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with the urethral syndrome. Methods 23 cases of patients with the urethral syndrome received urodynamie examination using urodynamic determinater, Laborie which is made in America. And the treatment was given to the patients according to their urodymamic disorders. Results The urodynamic examination ,7 patients （30. 43 % ） was diagnosed as having an unstable bladder. 14 patients （60. 87% ） was distal urethra stricture. 4 patients （ 17.39% ） was detrusor weak. 2 （8.70%） was bladder neck obstruction. 2 （8.70%） was low compliance bladder. 1 （4. 35% ） was dyssynergia of detrusor-sphincter. Including 5 （21.74%） was unstable bladder complicated with distal urethra stricture, 2 （8. 70% ） was unstable bladder complicated with detrusor weak. The cure rate was 65.22% , the improment rate was 30.43% , 4. 35% was ineffective, and total effective rate was 95.65%. Conclusions Various types of the disfunction of bladder and urethral leading to female urethral syndrome. The urodynamie examination is hetpful in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with the urethral syndrome.
