中老年慢性阻塞性肺部疾病患者运动耐力测定的研究

本文采用功率递增负荷试验,对不同程度的COPD患者43例及健康成年男性14例进行了运动耐力测定,并与静息通气功能比较分析。结果提示VO_2max和Wmax与各项静息通气功能参数间有显著相关。COPD患者即使无静息通气功能减损,在运动耐力测定时也有AT提早出现,Wmax降低,VE/VCO_2(1L·m~(-1))比值增加,MW—VEmax减低。

A Study of the Exercise Tolerance Test in Aged and Preaged Patients With Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

The authours have performed a comparative study on the eX6rcise toleran- ce test (exercise--workload--incremental test) and the rest ventilation function. 1est in a group of aged-preaged men inc1uding 43 COPD patients and 14 h6al-- thy subjects. The re5ults showed that both VO2max and Wmax correlated strongly with FBVl .0, MVV,FEV1%,and FVC showed by the re5t ventilation function test. In the COPD patients, while the rest ventilation function showed no impair- ment, the exercise tolerance test exhibited, earlier aPpearance of AT, redu-- ction of Wmax, increase of VE/VCO, value(1L.m-1) and decrease of MVV - VEmax value. It is concluded that the above indices by the exercise tolerance test is capable to refleX the imPairment of the lung function of COpD Patie- nts in the early stage; that the impairment of air--exchange function manife-- sted by reduced VO,/kg B. W. and decreased quotient of VO,max/VO,B has been exhibited even though the rest ventllation function does not change.
