| 摘 要： | 目的采用高效液相色谱法测定银花抗感片中绿原酸的含量。方法色谱柱C18,以乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(10∶90)为流动相;检测波长为327nm。结果绿原酸的进样量在0.04～0.8μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9996),平均加样回收率为98.1%,RSD为1.15%。结论该方法简便易行,结果可靠,可有效地控制银花抗感片的质量。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the Chlorogenic acid in Yinhuakanggan Tablets by HPLC.Methods C_18 column was used.Acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid (10∶90)was as mobile phase.Detective wavelength was at 327nm.Results Chlorogenic acid which was at 0.04～0.8μg has good linear relation with peak area(r=0.9996),average recovery was 98.1% and RSD was 1.15%.Conclusion The method was convenient and the result was reliable.It can control the quality of Yinhuakanggan Tablets efficiently. |
