阿奇霉素针剂治疗非淋菌性尿道炎和宫颈炎临床研究

目的：评价注射用阿奇霉素治疗非淋菌性尿道炎和宫颈炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法：采用随机，对照，平行分组试验，并与口服阿奇霉素胶囊进行疗效和安全性比较。观察了可供疗效评价的病例64例，其中试验组44例，对照组20例，结果：总治愈率为79．55％（对照组65．0％），总有效率为84．09％（对照组75．0％）；病原学清除率为85．45％（对照组85．19％）；不良反应发生率为6．82％（对照组5．0％），注射用阿奇霉素与对照药物口服阿奇霉素胶囊相比较，总治愈率，总有效率，病原学清除率及不良反应发生率差别无显性（P＞0．05）。结论：注射用阿奇霉素治疗非淋菌性尿道炎和宫颈炎疗效确切，安全性好。

Clinical Studies on Azithromycin Treatment of Non - gonococcal Urethritis and Cenicitis Infect- ed with Chlamydia Trachomatis or Mycoplasma

Objective:To study the efficacy and safety of Azithromycin for injection in die treatment of non - gonococcal urcthritis infected with Chlamydia of Mycoplsma. Methods: A randomized, open, and parallel control clinical trial. Group A was treated with azithromycin for injection 500 mg, iv drip qd for 2 days or 500 mg im qd for 2 days; Group B was treated with azithromycin capsule 1000 mg, a single dose. Results:44 patients were involved in group A and 20 patients were involved in group B. For both group A and B, the efficacy rate was 84.09% and 75 .0% respectively and the occurring rate of adverse effects was 6.82% and 5.0% respectively, no statistically significance was found between two groups ( P > 0.05). Conclusion: Azithromycin for injection can be used in treatment of non -gonococcal urethritis and cenicitis infected with chalmydia or mycoplasma effectively and safely.
