| 摘 要： | 肌成纤维细胞是一种超微结构介于平滑肌细胞和成纤维细胞之间的细胞,具有很强的分泌细胞外基质及收缩的功能,在组织创伤愈合、纤维化形成等方面发挥重要的作用。本文就肌成纤维细胞的特征,及其在肾小球硬化形成发展中的作用和意义等方面进行综述。

| Abstract: | The myofibroblast is an cell having strong function in secretion of estracelluar matrix and constraction, whose uhrastructure is just between that of fibroblast and smooth muscle cell. which plays an important role in wound healing and fibrosis development. In this review, we summaried the myofibroblast about its character and its effect and significant in the development of glomerulosclerosis. |
