| 摘 要： | 以教育信息化促进教育现代化，用信息技术改变传统教育模式是教育发展的趋势。文章从经费投入、政策导向及管理等方面对石河子大学从加强硬件建设、充实网络教学资源和培养教师的信息素养三方面，对构建数字化网络教学平台，加快教育信息化进程的研究与实践进行了介绍。

| Abstract: | There is an inevitable trend in educational development that educational modernization will be promoted by means of information-oriented education and the traditional teaching mode will be replaced by information technology.This paper probes into the research and practice of building digital network-based teaching platform and speeding up information-oriented education from the following aspects: outlay investment,policy orientation and management.Three issues are also discussed: the hardware construction,enriching the network-based teaching resources,and cultivating teachers' information literacy. |
