自制混合液外敷用于预防诺维苯所致静脉炎的观察

目的探讨自制混合液预防诺维苯所致的静脉炎的疗效。方法选择18例各行2个周期含诺维苯方案化疗的非小细胞肺癌患者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组采用50%葡萄糖20ml、25%硫酸镁10ml和维生素B12 500ug配制成混合液外敷于输入诺维苯药物的皮肤上,对照组无特殊护理。结果观察组的静脉炎发生率8.3%,显著低于对照组(61.1%),具有统计学意义。结论自制的混合液能明显预防静脉炎的反应,疗效肯定。

Observation of external application of the self-made mixture on preventing phlebitis caused by vinorelbine

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of the self-made mixture on preventing phlebitis caused by Vinorelbine. Methods 18 cases of NSCLC patients with venous infusion of Vinorelbine for two cycles were divided into the experiment group and the control group randomly. The self-made mixture composing of 20 ml of glucose (50%), 10 ml of magnesium sulfate (25%) and 500 ug of Vitamin B12 were externally applied to the skin when drugs were infused in the experiment group. But, the control group had no special nursing. Results The incidence rates of phlebitis of the two groups were 8.3% and 61.1%, respectively. Conclusions The self-made mixture can prevent phlebitis caused by Vinorelbine effectively, and have definite therapeutic effect.
