T型钢板治疗桡骨远端骨折

目的探讨T型钢板治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床治疗效果。方法根据AO分型,对临床上26例B、C型桡骨远端骨折行背侧切开复位T型钢板内固定手术治疗,对病例进行随访,根据X线评价骨折愈合情况,根据Denis腕关节功能评估标准进行功能恢复情况评估。结果所有病例都得到随访,平均随访时间7.3月,所有骨折均骨性愈合,愈合时间为6～12周。功能恢复:优16例;良6例;可3例;差1例。结论对于B、C型桡骨远端骨折的患者行背侧入路T型钢板内固定,可取得满意的治疗效果。

T Plate Internal Fixation for Distal Radius Fracture

Objective To evaluate the therapy results of T plate internal fixation for distal radius fracture.Methods According to AO type,26 cases of B,C type of distal radius fracture are treated with T plate through dorsal open reduction,through X ray to evaluate union of fracture and Denis standard of wrist joint function to follow up.Results Average follow up time is 7.3month of all cases,average bone union time is 6-12weeks of all cases.Functional recovery： 16 cases excellent,6cases good,3 cases common and 1 case weak.Conclusions The cases with B,C type of distal radius fracture can be get satisfied therapy results by T plate through dorsal open reduction.
