牵引结合关节松动术治疗神经根型颈椎病临床疗效观察

目的:观察牵引结合关节松动术对神经根型颈椎病的治疗效果。方法:将40例神经根型颈椎病病人依数字随机法分为观察组和常规组各20例,其中观察组运用牵引结合关节松动术治疗;常规组运用物理治疗,观察治疗前及治疗2周后牵引结合关节松动术治疗对神经根型颈椎病的缓解情况。结果:治疗后总有效率观察组为95%,常规组为80%;显效率观察组为55%,常规组为30%。观察组的总有效率优于常规组,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:牵引结合关节松动术治疗神经根型颈椎病患者对缓解神经根压迫症状行之有效。

Clinical Observation of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy Treated by Traction-Joint Mobilization

Objective:To observe the results of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy treated by traction-joint mobilization.Methods:To divide 40 patients into 2 groups randomly-observing group and geveral group,20 each.To treat observing group by traction-joint mobilization and general group by physical therapy.To observe how traction-joint mobilization affect on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy before treatment as well as 2 weeks after treatment.Results:The overall effective rate of observing group was 95%(obvious effective rate 55%),and general group was 80%(obvious effective rate 30%).The overall effective rate of observing group was better than general group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The traction-joint mobilization is effective on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy and can relieve neurodokon depressing symptom.
