| 摘 要： | 目的通过比较手工吻合和吻合器吻合在低位直肠癌保肛手术中的应用情况,评价手工吻合的可行性和安全性。方法选择我科室低位直肠癌行保肛手术患者59例,随机分成对照组和研究组,实验组行手工吻合,对照组行吻合器吻合,比较手术时间、手术出血量、住院费用、术后并发症发生率。结果实验组手术时间长于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;实验组住院费用明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;两组术后并发症的发生率及手术出血量无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论熟练掌握正确的手工吻合技术,手工吻合在低位直肠癌保肛手术中仍不失为一种好方法。
