静脉药物混合配置过程中微粒的控制方法与评价

摘    要:目的:研究控制药物混合配置过程中微粒产生的方法。方法:对我院静脉配液中心两年多的配液操作方法进行回顾、分析和总结,并提出具体方法。结果:通过建立静脉配液中心,加强人员培训,规范操作规程,减少了输液中微粒的产生。结论:控制药物混合配置中微粒的产生是静脉药物配置中心的的重要工作职责,要求工作人员规范操作规程,不断学习和总结,为治疗抢救患者提供更安全有效的保证。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To study the particle control method in pharmacy intravenous admixture services. METHODS: The Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services (PIVAS) in our hospital over the past two years were reviewed, analyzed and summarized, and some specific operation methods were put forward. RESULTS: Particle production was halted effectively by the construction of PIVAS, the strengthening of personnel training and the standardization of operation procedures. CONCLUSION: To control the production of particles is the most important duty of personnel in PIVAS, who are required to standardize their operation procedures, keep learning and summarizing experiences to ensure secure and effective treatment for patients.
