| 摘 要： | 采用放射免疫分析法检测胃癌移植小鼠激光照射前后白细胞介素２（ＩＬ－２）活性的变化。结果表明，肿瘤移植小鼠ＩＬ－２活性低，经Ｈｅ－Ｎｅ激光照射脾区后，ＩＬ－２活性增强，与非激光照射组相比，差异有非常显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１）。Ｈｅ－Ｎｅ激光照射脾区具有提高ＩＬ－２活性的效应。

| Abstract: | Using the radioimmunoassay method,the alteration of IL-2 activity in gastric transplanted cancer of mice was measured before and after He-Ne laser irradiation. However, The result showed that. when the spleen region of mice was irradiated by laser. the IL-2activity enhanced. Compared with the control group,there was a significout difference (P<0. 01). The conclasion suggests that the He-Ne laser irradiation on spleen region can enhance the effect of IL-2 activity. |
