3387例宫颈TCT检查临床病理分析

目的探讨宫颈TCT细胞学涂片在宫颈早期病变发现中的应用价值。方法对我院2008年4月至2009年1月3387例TCT检查及TBS分类结果进行分析。结果在3387例检查中阳性涂片119例，阳性率为3．51％，主要分布在36～45岁年龄段。其中ASC．US36例（1．07％）、ASC—H30例（0．88％）、LSIL39例（1．15％）、HSIL11例（0．32％）、鳞癌2例（0．06％）。TCT阳性涂片与阴道镜下活检病理结果符合率为ASC—US（53．13％）、ASC—H（82．14％）、LSIL（59．46％）、HSIL（90．9％）、SCC（50％）。结论对36～45岁年龄段妇女进行宫颈液基细胞学检测，能够早期发现宫颈上皮内瘤变，有利于预防宫颈癌的发生。

Clinicopathological study on 3387 cases of cervical thinprep cytologic test

Objective To determine the value of TCT clinicopathological in diagnosis of early cervix lesion. Methods 3387 cases of cervical thinprep cytologic test were observed,in which were taken from April, 2008 to January,2009 and were compared with the diagnosis of histopathological findings. ResultIn 3387 cases of cervical thinprep cytologic test, there were119 positive cases, and the positive ratio was 3.51% , and were mainly distributed during the age of 36 to 45,in which atypical squamous cell of undetermined significance（ ASCUS） 36 cases （1.07%） , atypical squamous cells cannot exclude HSIL（ASCH） 30 cases（0. 88% ） , low grade squamous intraepithelial lesion（LSIL） 39 cases（ 1.15% ） , high grade squamous intraepithelial lesion（HSIL） 11 cases（0. 32% ）, squamous cell carcinoma（ SCC）2 cases（0. 06% ）. The rates of coordiancewith pathological resuits of colposcopy ASCUS were 53.13% , ASCH were 82. 14% , LSIL were 59.46% , HSIL were 90. 9% , and SCC were 50%. Conclusion The health check with TCT for women from 36 to 45 is helpful to discover the cervical intraepithelial neoplasia early and prevent the arising of cervical carcinoma.
