拇指皮肤缺损及感觉障碍的治疗——介绍一种新的皮瓣手术方法

目的 :为治疗拇指皮肤缺损及感觉障碍提供一种新的有效手术方法。方法 :在中指尺侧及 (或 )环指桡侧设计并切取皮瓣 ,支配皮瓣的神经分支入干后通过手术进行干支分离 ,与指动脉及周围脂肪结缔组织一起形成带血管神经的岛状皮瓣。结果 :13例指神经干支分离成功的皮瓣术后外观及感觉运动功能均令人满意。结论 :指神经干支分离岛状皮瓣是治疗拇指皮肤缺损及感觉障碍的一种理想方法

A new flap operative method in treatment of skin defect and sensory dysfunction of the thumb

Objective To provide a new effective operative method in treating skin defect and sensory dysfunction of the thumb.Method Designed the island flap on the ulnaris side of the middle finger or the radial side of the ring finger.Made the distributing sensory branch of the flap separated from the nerve trunk by branch-trunk separative maneuver.To form an island flap with the sensory branch,finger nerve and surrounding connective tissue made up the pedicle.Transfered the flap to the thumb to cover the skin defect or improve the sensory function.Results The appearance and the sensory and motor function were all satisfactory after operation with the sensory branch separated from the trunk successfully in 13 cases.Conclusion Finger island flap with the sensory branch separated from the trunk is an ideal operative method in treating skin defect and sensory dysfunction of the thumb.
