糖尿病周围神经病变的联合用药研究

目的:观察前列地尔联合爱维治和弥可保对2型糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法:将确诊为2型糖尿病并伴有周围神经病变的72例患者随机分为两组。在常规口服降糖药或使用胰岛素控制血糖的基础上,对照组应用爱维治800mg加入生理盐水250m1中静脉滴注,1次/d,两周后改为200mg肌肉注射,1次/d,连用两周;同时应用弥可保500μg肌肉注射,2次/周。治疗组在对照组治疗方案的基础上应用前列地尔10μg加入生理盐水20m1中静脉推注,1次/d。观察临床症状改善情况并测定治疗前后正中神经、尺神经和腓总神经传导速度。结果:治疗组总有效率为90%,与对照组(75%)比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。正中神经、尺神经和腓总神经的传导速度均提高(P<0.05),治疗组改善更为显著(P<0.05)。结论:前列地尔与爱维治和弥可保合用治疗糖尿病周围神经病变可缓解周围神经病变症状、改善周围神经传导速度,对糖尿病周围神经病变有较好疗效。

Clinical Study of the Efficacy of Lipo PGE1 Combined with Actovigen and Methycobal in the Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

Objective:To investigate the effect of Lipoprostaglandin E1(Lipo PGE1) combined with actovigen and methycobal on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:72 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into treatment group(40 cases) and control group(32cases).Actovigen 800 mg and methycobal 500μg were administered for 4 weeks in the control group.In the treatment group,Lipo PGE1 was administered at the dose of 10μg/d besides actovigen and methycobal.Results:After the treatment,the efficacy rates were 75% for the patients in the control group,and the efficacy rates were 90% in the treatment group.The significance increases were observed in motor and sensory nerve conduction velocity of the peripheral nerves after the treatment(P<0.05).There was a significant difference of motor and sensory nerve conduction velocity of the peripheral nerves between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lipo PGE1 is an effective drug for the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
