对1例弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤患者的药学监护

1例25岁男性患者,因诊为弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤1月入院。入院后给予利妥昔单抗联合CHOP方案治疗,临床药师对患者进行用药注意事项教育,对药物不良反应进行监测,指导护士正确滴注利妥昔单抗,建议临床医师加用奥美拉唑减轻口服激素的不良反应,患者最终顺利完成本周期治疗。

Pharmaceutical care for a DLBCL patient

A 25 years old male patient who was diagnosed one month ago with DLBCL was hospitalized for further treat- ment. After admission, he received rituximab and CHOP therapy, the clinical pharmacist guided the patient correct medica- tion method of the drugs, monitored the adverse reactions, helped the nurses master the cmTect method of intravenous infu- sion of rituximah, and suggested adjusting omeprazole to avoid the adverse reactions of oral corticostcroid. At last, the cycle of therapy for the patient was successfully finished.
